Ron was my sales man and he was fantastic!!! I came in on a Saturday and told him I was just looking and what I was looking for. He was willing to walk the lot with me and answer any questions I may have had. Never once was he pushy or try to steer me in another direction. We went in he looked up what I wanted on the computer at another location and found what I wanted. Every promise made was kept!! Would definitely do business there again!

I am a Nissan retiree and I have always stuck with Nissan or infinity vehicles. One of my neighbors had a great experience with City Auto in Murfreesboro so I decided to swing by to see what they had available on their lot. I was specifically looking to trade my 2018 Titan XD for a newer smaller truck. When I pulled in, Mike Campbell greeted me and the interaction was great from the start. I knew right away, he was the salesperson I was going to do business with. He listened to my wants and needs and stayed on top of things by sending me different trucks to review on line. Within a couple of weeks, Mike narrowed down my choices to two newer models trucks with low mileage that fits my needs perfectly. The whole process was easy and honestly enjoyable. While I think Bill was excellent, he was very professional, helpful and easy to work with. How please note your advertisement of the vehicle I purchase CLEARLY documents. Meticulously inspected and backed by certification. I took my meticulously inspected and backed by certification vehicle to my Nissan dealership only to find out there is an upper oil pan leak that is critical for the life of this vehicle. $900 later I got the problem that should have been caught before it went out for sale if in fact it was meticulously inspected. I am very disappointed!!! Also I felt extremely rushed during the closing process. Needless to say buyer beware. Please note that after expressing my disappointment and speaking with Ms. Stewart as well as Bink. They addressed my concern and showed professionalism to resolve my issue. Thanks to both!
