Let me just start by saying Calvin is the man to see if you need someone who cares about you as a person and not just another dollar sign. I got in a rough spot unexpectedly to no fault of mine and I went to see Calvin and after sitting down with him to explain my situation and my needs, we actually looked at some vehicles I had never considered because he thought it would give me the things I needed and check all my boxes and it actually checked ALL the boxes and then some!! This location as a whole (Jerry and Rich in finance and Calvin in sales) was a Godsend! Calvin didn’t only care that I left with a new vehicle, he cared that I liked it, that it fit my budget, and that it was practical for many years to come. I had such a fantastic experience at City Auto here in Murfreesboro this week as I found and bought my truck. Calvin Davis was absolute professional and wonderful to work with. He met me where I was in my process with pertinent information and talked to me not “at me” when discussing my questions or concerns. So refreshing compared to “hun and sweetie” sales tactics of other dealerships. We had email and text exchanges before I arrived and he greeted me how I preferred to be addressed (just by my first name). No sales pitches, no nonsense and I felt confident and comfortable with the process from start to finish. The finance team both days also were professional and again talked to me as they explained the paper work I was signing again instilling confidence and definitely relieving the anxiety of a big purchase. I felt like I was in good hands and I love my new truck. It was absolutely an awesome experience with Calvin Davis and City Auto. Check them out if you are in the Market for a vehicle!!!!

THIS IS NOT CITY AUTO on Lowry street!!! One of the best dealerships experiences I’ve ever had. Every person in this establishment felt like a family friend. The team was engaging and upfront about pricing. The process was seamless I told them what I wanted, how much I was putting down and that I had financing. Almost every large dealership I went to changed the price when I disclosed this information. This dealership DID NOT punish me or change numbers because I brought my own finance company. If I wanted something looked at or cleaned they offered to do it no questions asked. I will be back to buy my next vehicle and recommend anyone I know to check them out. If you are over dealing with rude inexperienced sales people, do yourself a favor and stop by City Auto Mitsubishi, they will NOT make you feel taken advantage of. (These one star reviews sound like they are for City Auto 1 sales, a sketchy place in Smyrna TN. They buy wrecked cars fix them up to barely run then sell them for cheap as is. They break down soon after.)

This is my fourth vehicle purchase! Excellent service, great vehicle inventory.
